Beginnings

It all began when the founder of Create City, Rose Robinson, discovered a personalized book maker on-line back in 1990. Her first thought was, "WOW! This is exciting... I can get two of these personalized books for my sons. And, what about the rest of the little kids in my family? These are indeed perfect gifts." So from there she called the granddaddy of all "personalized" book companies -- Hefty Publishing Co. and began making the books for her children, her family and her friends. It quickly became a passion and a business.

About three years later, in 1993, Create City discovered the manufacturer of the popular "Name Trains" - Maple Landmark. The train pieces could be personalized to spell any child's name, no matter how it is spelled. What a nice addition to the personalized books.

Create City's Treasure Chest expanded one product at a time... and we're not done yet! This is just the beginning... We hope you enjoy this adventure in a place where you can CREATE YOUR WORLD!

Service

All orders are given priority status and they are shipped in the order they are received.
Our goal is to get your order out the door within 2 business days of order placement, providing we have all necessary information and payment.

A word about items "selling out"

Sometimes we do sell out of an item due to its popularity or sometimes the manufacturer simply discontinues an item. Should you select a product that is not available, we will notify you within 24 hours. We do not substitute products.
